Apart from beaches there is a wealth of different things to do. The house and cottage are located in the picturesque region of Normandy. The road sits on the edge of the small village of Carnet, about 20 kms south-south-east of le Mont St Michel and 2km East of the market town of St James. It is easily accessible from the nearby motorway, the A84. The site is well located for equally good access either to Northern Brittany or Southern Normandy.
